What are your shipping rates for the UK?

-        If you order anything of the value of £25.00 or above, you will automatically qualify for free delivery (please note this is UK Mainland only). Any orders below this amount will have a flat rate charge of £2.99

What are your international shipping rates?

-        International orders are based on the weight of your combined order. If you wish to estimate your p&p, you can do so at checkout. 

When will my order arrive?

-        All Mainland UK orders will arrive within 1-3 days if you select Standard Delivery.  Due to our fast dispatching process you may even receive your order the very next day! Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas and UK Bank Holidays there may be a slight delay in receiving in your order.

How long are your dispatch times?

-        We aim to dispatch your order on the same day if we receive it before 1pm. If not, it will be dispatched the following working day. Our dispatch days are Monday-Friday.

Do you offer next day delivery?

-        Yes we do, please select UK Next Day Delivery at checkout. You will have to place your order before 1pm on a working day to receive next day delivery. Please remember that if you order on a Friday before 1pm, your order will arrive the next working day, which is Monday. Please be aware that this option is only for Mainland UK customers.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

-        Yes, we do! Saturday delivery is available for UK Mainland customers only. You will receive your order on Saturday as long as the order is placed before the cut off time of 1pm on the Friday. 

My order has not arrived! What shall I do?

-        If you have selected Standard Delivery please wait a minimum of 5 working days before contacting us. If your order has still not arrived please contact us and we will be able to trace your parcel.

How can I contact you?

How accurate are the colours of the fabrics?

-        The fabric colours represented in the photos may differ slightly from the actual product. All images are taken in natural light but their appearance on-screen can vary depending on the calibration of your computer monitor. If fabric colour is important, be sure to check with us before you purchase online.

Will my fabric come rolled or folded?

-        All of our fabrics will be sent folded unless you are ordering large quantities which may come supplied on a roll.

Will my fabric come in one piece?

-        Yes, all fabric will arrive in one continuous length unless you request otherwise.

Can I order samples/swatches?

-        Yes you can. Simply select the fabric you are interested in receiving swatch of and you will see a small logo that says ‘add a sample’. Samples are 6 x 6 inches and we charge £0.50 per sample plus p&p.

What are ‘Seconds’ fabric?

-        Our ‘Seconds’ fabric is material that usually comes off the end of the roll or has been slightly damaged during transit. This fabric has been discounted because it is not of immaculate condition, but it can still be used and it’s a great bargain! Please note that we do not offer refunds on ‘Seconds’ or any clearance fabric.

Do you have a shop?

-        We are currently an online retailer only, but please watch this space as we may have some news in the future!


What is the minimum order of fabric?

-        We sell all fabrics by the metre, so minimum order quantity is 1 metre. We do not sell half metres, so you will need to select a whole number when ordering.

Can I purchase over the phone? 

-        Unfortunately we do not take telephone orders at the moment but it is very easy and secure to place an order through our website. If you are having trouble please contact us.

I want to cancel/ change my order, how can I do so? 

-        Once you place your order it is automatically sent to our warehouse to get ready for dispatch, so unfortunately we cannot make any changes at this stage. If you require urgent assistance please contact us and we will try our best to help.

How do I see my previous orders?

-        You can access all your previous orders by clicking on ‘My Account’ and selecting ‘My Orders’.

 Are my details safe and secure on your website?

-         Your privacy is important to us. We therefore transmit all personal data over a secure SSL-connection. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties. Only the data directly pertaining to shipping is shared with our logistics company. As our customer you have a right to access all your personal data (range and purpose) free of charge.

How do I delete my user data?

-        If you want to have your account deleted, please contact us.


I am not happy with my order, how do I return?

-        We apologise that you are dissatisfied with your order. Please contact us via with subject heading “I would like to return my order” and we will get back to you with further information.

I have received the wrong fabric, what shall I do?

-        Please contact us via with subject heading “I have received the wrong order”. We will look into this and get back to you with further information.

Can I return samples/ seconds fabric?

-        Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on samples or seconds/ clearance fabric.

What is you return address?

-        Please contact us before returning an order as we cannot deal with unannounced returns. Our return address is- 85 Commercial Square, LE2 7SR, Leicester, UK. Please note that we unfortunately cannot provide refunds on return postage.

-        No need to worry, simply click ‘Forgot Your Password’ and follow the instructions. If you are still experiencing problems please contact us.

Can I change my email address/password?

-        Yes you can. Simply click on ‘My Account’ when you login and select account information, you will be able to change any personal details here.

 Wholesale queries

I would like to order a large quantity of fabric, can I receive a bulk discount?

-        We welcome all trade business. You are entitled to a wholesale discount if you purchase 30+ meters of any single fabric. Please contact us for more info.
