It's made from a super strong and durable fibre called polyamide that is knitted with a high percentage of elastane for the ultimate stretch in all directions. It’s got a beautifully soft, but strong handle with excellent recovery making it the ideal fabric for high performance garments such as swim-wear, dance-wear, active-wear and luxury fashion. This fabric is commonly used for swimwear as it's waterproof but it's also ideal for dancewear, activewear and fashion garments. Oeko- Tex Standard 100 and TÜV Rheinland certified. Please note that the 'Q56M' quality is the perfect weight for dressmaking due it's slightly lighter handle and beautiful drape. For a heavier weight quality, please search for Q56.
