Dear Valued Customer,

In regards to the recent guidelines implemented in the UK due to COVID-19, we have made some changes to the way we operate. During this unsettling time, our upmost priority is the health and welfare of our employees, customers and all stakeholders. 

We would like to inform customers that we are still taking online orders and cutting/dispatch services will resume as normal. Due to courier restrictions there may be some delays with international deliveries and remote locations in the UK. However please be assured that we will try our upmost to maintain the fast level of service and dispatch that you are used to.

We understand this a difficult time for our B2B customers, many of whom are small business owners and charities supporting some amazing causes, including our NHS. In order to minimize disruption our website and warehouse will remain open until we are instructed otherwise.

Until further notice, unfortunately our office is currently closed however our customer service team will have remote access to answer your queries via email. Phones lines are still open, but limited so it is best to email us.

In addition to our regular cleaning practices, we are implementing the thorough guidelines advised by the UK government in our warehouse and work-spaces. Our staff will be undergoing strict hygiene checks which will be monitored throughout the day.

Our upmost priority is the well-being and health of our employees, customers and community. Please take care of yourselves and the health of your loved ones by following the government guidelines. We are confident that our communities can battle through this difficult time and get back to normal business very soon!
